I have heavy periods, and these are the only pads that work for me. I LOVE them. I forget I’m wearing them some days. The one negative, they are noisy when you walk. I wouldn’t want to wear these if I worked in a really quiet office… but I love them so much, I am not complaining. I certainly wouldn’t want the product to change and be less effective because of the noise. I have wondered if the noise would be reduced if they came in a non-wing version??
