I rave about these all the time to friends/co-workers because I swear they’re magic. if I even feel a HINT of getting sick (throat little sore, nose little stuffy) I take one immediately and I swear it like nips anything you may have had in the bud.     You can take a drink of this every two hours for about a day and you will NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE! …. For your stomach sake just taper off to every 4 hrs. THIS is IF you are REALLY flu-like….cold symptoms etc… As soon as you sense the effects… Stretch time to an hr more for another 1/2 day and then the third day maybe still could use one every 4 hrs. It’s either this or reliable VIT C that comes from a reputable source. Chewable ones from choice health are EXCELLENT 👌 as well. This really helps you T-cells fight whatever your body is battling
