These patches are most definitely for “on the surface” spots and have helped me from picking at acne which we all know can contribute to scarring/spread of bacteria. This patch soaks up all the nasty that would come out from a whitehead, once you’ve noticed your patch is changing color you can remove and just replace.
I can say with a balanced skincare routine and also using these patches, my skin has looked a lot better.

Wow these little zit sucking dots are now a staple in my home! I get adult cystic acne flare ups…luckily just one or two at a time but they are huge and painful an normally take 1-2 weeks to go away…with this product the zit is gone in 2 days!!! It’s amazing to see all the funk that gets pulled out while I sleep!! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I continued to cleanse and apply patches the next day, avoiding make up completely. I also ordered the chin patches from the same brand and put one on overnight. So much gunk!!! My chin looks a lot cleaner. I’m still left with some red spots, but they are flat and pores are clear. I have sensitive skin and have only noticed mild irritation when the patches are first removed. This goes away with cleansing and moisturising.
Wish they weren’t so pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. Give them a go!
