What more can I say? It tastes really great, honestly. I was surprised at how little you can taste the protein, even when thinned down a bit with milk or water. It’s just a tad bit sweet for my taste, but I just take a big swig and then top it off with some milk or water and it’s perfect.
These are great for when I forget to eat and get to the point of severe hunger resulting in nausea and/or heartburn, I can actually drink these and it’s gentle enough on my stomach that it encourages me to be able to eat real food about a half hour to an hour later (and gives me enough brain power to get by too)
